The discovery call will last for about 45 minutes, this gives time for you to talk about what has bought you to coaching and to ask any questions. I will tell you about the coaching methods I use and my personal style and if we are both happy we can book a full coaching session or sessions depending on your requirement.

Coaching is future focused, it can help you gain clarity, giving you a clearer picture of what is most important in your life, empowering you to set the goals and action plans needed to improve work/life balance.

This introductory programme is offered as an 8 week programme where you will gain the knowledge and skills to help you lead a more enriched, fulfilling and happy life.
