Learning. I've realised that life is a learning curve and a journey of exploration. I have followed my passion for learning especially Positive Psychology and Wellbeing which is now a way of life. Mindfulness and meditation helps me focus, relieves stress and in my view is at the core of Positive Wellbeing because it calms the nervous system. I have run a small business for nearly 30 years and bring skills from that experience to Qui Coaching.
I know how easy it is for us to pour our energy into work, study, family and other expectations, until we're running on empty and I understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed, exhausted, or questioning your direction.
